Maestro & Monty

Andy Firth leads team mate Andy Campbell during qualifying at Silverstone, the first competitive outing for the newly prepared montego, a bit more development and this will no doubt be a race winning car in Andys capable hands.

Andy Firth drove fautlessly to lead the class B race from the first corner to the flag, even giving some of the MG ZRs a run for their money, well done Andy a cracking start to the season!

The montego in the garage at silverstone ready for the first qualifying session of 2006. Andy Campbell qualified 5th in class B , not bad straight out of the bag!! He went on to finish 3 rd in the race, for a full race report follow the links to the championship website.

Simon ready to go out in Rob O`Boyles car, after a bit of tinkering he put in some good times, the day came to a premature end when the bottom end gave up the will to live.

If you look carefully you can see Andy Campbell preparing for his role as Montego driver, he already has the walking stick for pointing with, soon he will be swapping his MG cap for a flat cap.

Too many hands and all that!

Due to the very tight time schedules Properboracing work to we were forced to draught in extra help in the form of Matin to get the car ready for the test day, we got him from ASDA , his badge said `Happy to help`
